Virtual Classes

Our fitness center is open, but we are continuing to post online workouts for those who can't make it into the building, or those who just prefer not to. Now is a great time to try a new Yoga, Circuit, Zumba®, or HIIT class. For help, here's access to our free YMCA virtual classes.  Check back later, more classes will be posted as they become available.

We would like to know if you are utilizing our online services, so please comment to info@ashtabulaymca.org, our Facebook page or our Youtube page any time you try any of our classes, view any of our Fitness Nutrition posts or videos, or reach out to any of our staff for any support you may need.  We want to make sure we are keeping you engaged, informed and involved in our Y community.
